Corporate Profiling

Our corporate profiling will assess your current market position before we develop your new brand. Our corporate profiling strategy will deliver an in-depth blueprint of your company's communications. We will assess your current public image regarding how it appeals to your customers and potential investors in your business area. We will identify all communication factors and expose the hidden or not-so obvious factors that might otherwise go undetected. We will define your needs and priorities, measure the competence of your communications and analyze current overall abilities. Based on these analyses, we will work out a plan for improvement, implementation and brand development.

Brand Name Testing

Our brand name testing will give direction and insight, as well as uncover opportunities to boost your competitive position. This step in the growth of your company blends creativity and marketing information to uncover brand positioning opportunities in your business niche. Through the brand research, you will learn and understand your brand's market position and enhance it in the national and international markets. Brand positioning, demand analysis, brand extension, brand identity and image, brand audit, market development and sales promotion strategies will provide you with a brand that will deliver success.

E-mail marketing via Effective Opt-In Mailing List

Our email marketing delivers the news and developments within your company only to customers who are truly interested in your business. This opt-in “handshake” will eliminate unsuitable targets and allow us to communicate with your customers and prospects in a respectful manner, enhancing your public image and gaining customer trust. This will also allow us to step in front of the customer and present your products, services and news on a regular basis, creating an ongoing relationship and a platform of potential customers.

Direct mailer Campaign

Our direct mailer campaign targets a list of more than 250,000 contacts. A large portion of this database is taken from shareholders lists, bulletin boards, Pink Sheets and AMEX stocks. We target people who want to invest their capital into successful and growth-oriented stocks. This method has proven to be an outstanding tool in increasing the awareness of your company within the investment community, thus increasing your shareholder base. Mina Mar Marketing Group will place a toll-free number on the brochures, handle any inquiries and pitch the company to potential investors.

Print Ads

Our print advertising campaigns will represent your company in the main investor magazines at the right time. Once we create your public image and start communicating your goals and news to the public, we will place your ads in all of the right places, including business magazines, broker and investor magazines, and magazines closest to your area of specialization. The ads will follow the news released from your company and target the widest possible investor audience.

Search Engines

Make it easier for potential investors to find you by using our search engine tools. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Make your website work harder for you. Our expert programmers can analyze your existing website and optimize it to rank highly on major search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns: We will develop a cost-effective strategy to generate leads and traffic to your corporate profile. These will target OTC investors looking for the right stock to invest in.

IR Call center

We employ highly trained investor relations (IR) professionals with international experience who share awareness about you with the public and clarify issues and questions that may arise about the company. We expose the value of your corporation to callers and place calls to potential brokers, qualified investors and market-makers who may introduce your stock to potential investors.

Internet Consulting System

We create an online connection between you and your investors that allows members of the public to share their concerns and questions with our professionals via a specialized email service. Our professionals either personally reply to the email inquiries or, if the public raises an important issue, will create a public announcement to address it. Our lines of communication will both give you exposure and keep you safe.

Tradition - Meets - Innovation Method

Besides our IR Call Center professionals contacting potential investors, we send out newsletters that reach a large number of individuals, with our direct mailer campaign closely following behind. Newsletters and mailers, backed by your website, create repetitive and reliable impressions of your company and increase awareness among investors, stockbrokers and market-makers who focus on small-cap investing and seek buzz-generating stocks.

We push you to the Front

Once we publish reports and press releases you approved through market and press wire providers, we ensure that your news reaches the widest audience and that you fully benefit from the published news. Penny stock investments rely heavily on word of mouth, and we will provide you with solid information dissemination to expose your company's achievements. Your company's online exposure also offers a great opportunity to open communication lines with micro-cap investors, investment groups, institutions and business audiences worldwide. Mina Mar Marketing Group offers you just that. Our experienced team will spread the word of mouth and propagate your company news on major online hubs, investor forums and Internet chat rooms. We have built a team of experienced online bloggers who have established their presence on the most popular online hubs and gained respect for their opinions in online communities.

OTC stocks more difficult to trade and deposit

Mina Mar Group helps micro-cap companies structure their growth. Micro-capitalized companies are those with less than $50,000,000 in equity, sometimes under $1,000,000. Restructuring involves raising money (both debt and stock), and planning how they will eventually harvest that wealth. If you’re a founder or investor, the secret to harvesting your equity is to possess assets with a developed market for their sale; up until recently, that market was the public market. Now, Over-The-Counter Securities (“OTC Securities”) don’t serve that purpose since, unless you’re a tech unicorn doing an IPO, there are essentially no ways to sell the shares you’ve invested in. OTC securities – how they were deposited five years ago. Brokerages all around the country have tightened compliance over the past five years to the point where no one may deposit share certificates into their brokerage accounts, even if they can prove that they paid for them. Investors can access S1 filings online in order to do due diligence on new offers before they go public.  As a result, businesses can use the SEC’s

Foreign Companies

Lately, we are getting many inquiries about dual listing or to list foreign companies either through IPO or RTO on OTCmarket. What are the benefits for foreign companies to be listed on OTC markets and how they can do that?  Is it an easy procedure, and what are the conditions? What is the main reason for companies that are listed on qualified foreign exchanges to trade on OTC markets? We are here to cater to your questions by providing you with the right answers. The first thing we need to start with is that this market is a global market. Only that fact gives you countless opportunities. To be listed on Wall Street which represents a vital center of global finance, for early-stage growth companies, and having access to US investors can bring a significant competitive advantage.
